About The Owners
Jason Sanderson was born and raised in New Bern. He is a graduate of West Craven High School and Coastal Carolina Community College. Jason was a local Paramedic for 6 years before starting his real estate career in 2004. The spirit to help others led Jason from his Paramedic to Real Estate career. Since then Jason has sold over 200 homes and became an owner of Prudential Clear Water Realty in 2008. He and his wife, Erica, have been married since 2007. Tim Garrett has lived in New Bern since 1996. He is a graduate of New Bern High School and East Carolina University. Tim has been selling real estate in the New Bern area since 2006 and became an owner of Prudential Clear Water Realty in 2008. Starting as a Buyer Specialist and working side by side with Jason Sanderson and the Sanderson Team he gained valuable knowledge of the local real estate market. With a degree in Hospitality Management, Tim truly has the spirit to serve his clients and invites you to contact him at anytime. Tim and his wife, Jordan, have been married since 2007. Tim enjoys fishing, golf and spending time with friends. As partners, Tim and Jason are excited to own a company and help other agents to the same success they have enjoyed.
